Touch Screen Monitor LabVIEW Front Panel Is Unresponsive

Issue Details

I am using a Touch Screen Monitor (TSM-101x) with a Real-Time target to display and control my user interface. I can navigate through the TSM configuration tabs and the user interface renders correctly on the TSM, however, it is not responsive to any user action.

Solution

Some potential solutions to this issue are:

Make sure that embedded UI is enabled on the Real-Time target settings.
If you are deploying the application to the Real-Time target as a VI, you will not be able to interact with the front panel. The application needs to be deployed as a Real-Time executable.
Calibrate your Touch Screen Monitor.
If you are using a cRIO-904x, make sure tho use a USB-A cable.
