I want to upgrade my IC-3173 to Windows 10, can I?

Solution

Upgrading the IC-3173 to Windows 10 is not supported by NI. This OS has not been tested in the controller and it is not possible to guarantee whether the OS will install correctly. Although the chipset on the IC-3173 seems like it should support Windows 10, NI won't provide official support for this configuration in the case issues might arise.

Additional Information

There is not currently a roadmap for a Windows 10 upgrade to our IC-3173 devices. Then, for the moment Windows 7 and NI Linux Real-Time are the only viable options.
