NI MAX Checkbox to Enable SSH Is Not Available

Issue Details

I am trying to enable SSH in my NI Linux Real-Time (RT) target, however, in NI Measurement and Automation Explorer (NI MAX) the checkbox to enable SSH is missing:

Solution

SSH is now always enabled in any Linux Real-Time System Image since NI is pushing towards SFTP over SSH as the primary secure method for communications. This results in the checkbox no longer being available since it is default enabled, as can be seen in the MAX System Settings for the device.

Additional Information

You can check if your Linux RT target has the Linux RT System Image or the legacy image by expanding the Software tab under your RT target in NI MAX. This can also be achieved by right-clicking the Software tab and selecting Add/Remove Software.
