LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control Module Does Not Install Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012

Issue Details

  • I tried to install LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control Module 2021 on my Windows 10 20H2 but when the installation process ended I'm not able to find properly installed Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 as well
  • When I tried to install Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 separately an error occur 
           Windows 10, version 20H2 - Install error code 0x84BB0001
 

Solution

This issue can depend on the version of Microsoft Edge installed on your Windows 10, so to try to solve this issue please follow instruction below:
  1. Verify that you have the Microsoft Edge version which cannot be uninstalled from the PC under your Windows Add or remove programs, example below
              Edge not standalone
  1. Download Microsoft Edge for business offline installer from the official website
  2. Install this Microsoft Edge for business standalone version and after that, under Add or remove programs you will have: 
Edge OK
        4. Reinstall LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control Module 2021
