What is the Input Stream Read Time Setting in VeriStand

Issue Details

I am using NI-XNET for CAN, LIN or FlexRay communication in VeriStand.
In my database, I have the transmit time defined for my cyclic signals.
However, in VeriStand I can see the setting Input Stream Read Time.

What does this setting do?
Do I also need to configure this for my cyclic signals?

Solution

The Input Stream Read Time setting does not control the transmit time for your cyclic signals.
Instead, the Input Stream Read Time setting is used to configure raw frame logging sessions - specifically how frequently, in seconds, to read from the port into memory.
