Error Message "Resource Not Found nivissvc.dll" When Running NI Vision Assistant

Issue Details

I get the following error when try to run NI Vision Assistant from LabVIEW: 
LabVIEW : Resource Not Found.nivissvc.dll

Solution

Solve this error by repairing Vision Development Module and other related NI Vision software using NI Package Manager.
