Issue Details

Can NI USRP 2974 auto power on as soon as it is connected to the power source?
 

Solution

Unlike NI PXI chassis, the USRP 2974 cannot power up automatically when a supply is connected.
 

Additional Information

The NI USRP 2974 can be powered up remotely using Wake-On-Lan (WOL) as it is supported by its single-board computer. This feature is generally enabled from BIOS before configuring it from the operating system. The NI USRP 2974 latest BIOS has this feature enabled by default but it is not listed in the current BIOS configuration.
