Unable Detect PXIe 5841 Correctly in NI MAX and Device Manager

Issue Details

I had installed NI-RFSG and NI-RFSA driver to setup recently bought PXIe-5841. However, NI MAX and Device Manager are unable to detect PXIe-5841 correctly. Images below illustrates my NI MAX user interface.

Solution

NI-RFSG and-NI RFSA only include support for PXIe 5841 starting from version 19.2. Kindly ensure the installed RFSG and RFSA drivers are version 19.2 or above.

Additional Information

Always refer to Readme file of the software when setup new hardware to ensure installed software version support your device.
