Reset NI User Account Password in NI Website

Issue Details

  • I would like to reset my NI user account password in NI website. How can I do it?
  • I cannot sign in to NI website and sent an email to NI (customerservice@ni.com) to reset password for my user account in NI website, but there is no response. How can I reset my NI user account password?

Solution

Kindly go to the NI User Account Log In page and click on the Forgot Password?. This will direct you to the page where you can enter your email address so that NI can send you a link to securely reset your password.

Additional Information

If there is no response after clicking the Forgot Password? or do not receive any email after entering the email address. Kindly click on the ni.com Feedback at the bottom of the webpage to raise up the issue.
