Both LabVIEW and Microsoft Visual C++ are two independent software, so there is no compatibility issue between both software. If the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Installer needed isn't included in the LabVIEW runtime installer used, you will need to download Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Installer from Microsoft Official Website then you can manually add the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Installer into your LabVIEW installer.
