Usage reports are available on NI Volume License Manager (NI VLM) and can be found by clicking the
Reports tab on the menu which is on the left hand side of the page.
Note: You cannot access this information if you have an unmanaged concurrent license.
For more detailed information on the different types of reports available, and which licenses will be able to use them please check
VLM Help: Creating Reports article. These reports can be exported in several different formats such as .xlsx, .csv and .html for analysis. This can be done by clicking the

Additional Information
If the report you require is not on the list, you can make a custom report by following the steps that are on
this link.
If you are using the FlexNet Publisher (formerly FLEXlm) you will not be able to export a usage report, this is independent of the type of license you hold.
