NI Package Manager Installation Error

Issue Details

I am trying to install a NI software using offline installers. But for running the offline installer file, it requires NI package manager to be installed first on the system. When performing NI Package Manager installation, I am getting this error : 



How do I rectify this error?
 

Solution

When installing the NI Package Manager, run the nipkg.exe as Administrator. This will give the required rights for the installer to perform the operation. After that install the necessary software from its respective offline installer file.

Additional Information

The NI Package Manager is the default installer for NI software. It is a requirement for installing both offline and online packages from NI.
