Updated Mar 2, 2020

Issue Details

Whenever I try to run my LabVIEW program, I see the following error message :

The program can't start because the zlib.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

How can I solve this issue ?

Zlib.dll is a DLL used for encryption functionalities.
This issue is related to the fact that you are using VIs that are calling this library and that the DLL is not found by LabVIEW.exe
In order to allow LabVIEW.exe to find the DLL, you should place it at the same location that the executable :
C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW <version>

Additional Information

You also can considerate installing the OpenG libraries, as they also contains encryption functions.
