I Cant See My ELVIS III in MAX

Issue Details

  • I am unable to see my ELVIS III in MAX when connected via USB

Solution

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
  • Connect the ELVIS via Ethernet cable to your host PC and refresh NI MAX.
  • Ping the device when connected via USB or Ethernet
    1. Open Command Prompt
    2. Type the following 
ping 172.22.11.2
  1. If there is a connection you should receive the same number of packets sent.
  1. If you have connection please follow this article to reset the device through SSH. If you loss the packets please contact NI Support to go through the ARM recovery steps.
