VI Package Manager Won't Launch From LabVIEW

Issue Details

When trying to launch VI Package Manager from the LabVIEW tools menu (Tools >> VI Package Manager), VI Package Manager fails to launch. 

There is no error message associated with this behavior.

Solution

Launch VI Package Manager directly from the start menu of your computer.
