Using Windows Command Line as Administrator in LabVIEW

Issue Details

I need to use Windows command line as an administrator in LabVIEW but get the following errors:
The ARP entry deletion failed: The requested operation requires elevation.

 
You must be an administrator running a console session.

Solution

To run Windows command line as administrator, close all LabVIEW applications and open a new LabVIEW session by right clicking its shortcut and selecting Run as administrator:


Then Windows command line can be operated using System Exec VI as shown here.
