When Installing LabVIEW It Says "an Error Occurred on the Server"

Issue Details

When trying to Install LabVIEW I am asked for the serial numbers to activate it. However, I then get the error message "An error occurred on the server." as seen below. I have tried multiple times but the error persists. 

Solution

You can also install LabVIEW in evaluation mode, and activate it once it is installed on your PC. 

In order to do this: 
  1. Go back to the previous page of the installer by clicking the "back" button.
  2. Select "I only want to evaluate products" as seen below:
  1. Next, install and activate the software as shown in Activating National Instruments Software Products, or Activate NI Software Without Internet Connection if you have no internet connection .
