Why I Am Unable to Access the Block Diagram While the VI Is Running?

Issue Details

I open my VI and can not access the block diagram once the VI is running, why is this happening?

Solution

Change the Run-Time mode under Edit >> Run-Time Menu... and change the menu type from Minimal to Default.
