Issue Details

I am using an NFC test suite and I received the following error:

Acquisition Card connection error. Check if no other applications use it.
ADC Calibration inconclusive.

 

 
I checked all my connections and they're all correct. Why am I receiving this error?



 

Solution

There is likely a driver conflict with the acquisition card that is causing the issue.
  • Go to your download center and navigate to Downloads > Test Suites for MPManager 3 > Tools > ADLink and download WD-DASK version 3.63.2.0524.
  • Uninstall the current version of WD-Dask on your PC from Programs & Features.
  • Finally, install the version of WD-Dask and reboot your system.
