Hidden Subpanels Control Cannot Be Selected With "Show Hidden Controls While Editing" Option in LabVIEW

Issue Details

Once a Subpanel Control has been set to invisible (via property node), it cannot be edited anymore using the Show Hidden Controls While Editing option.
It is impossible to move or resize the control, and there's no response to the right-click as well.

Solution

This issue is a LabVIEW bug.
As for now, a possible workaround is to have a control that will set the Subpanel control back to visible via the property node. The boolean control can be made invisible and manipulated in edit mode, since the Show Hidden Controls While Editing option works fine with other types of controls.
