NI Volume License Manager shows no licenses after a License File update

Issue Details

  • I have updated my License File recently and the Licenses window is empty in NI Volume License Manager now. The server does not show any licenses to client computers.

Solution

This behavior could be caused by an issue with your Agreement configuration. Contact NI Support to fix your contract and request a new License File.
