Issue Details

  • The card is showing an overcurrent error (Error -201343) intermittently in NI MAX. How can I solve this error?
  • When trying to do self-calibration on PXIe-4300, I received the following error. What is the root cause of this error?
The device could not be calibrated.
Status Code: -201343
Overcurrent detected in the power supply for the accessory connected to the module

Solution

This error occurs because a component in the module is defective and the hardware needs to be sent in for repair.

To initiate a repair (RMA) request with NI, refer to Request Repair or Request Calibration for NI Hardware.
