Web Services Palette Missing in VIs Under Real-Time Targets

Issue Details

I am trying to create a Web Service (WS) application with my Real-Time (RT) system. When creating a VI under my RT target, the WS palette is not visible as shown below:

I know the Web Services library is present on my system because I can see the palette when the VI is under My Computer. How can I fix this?
 

Solution

This is a known issue caused by Bug 2302074 and it affects LabVIEW versions newer than 2019. As workaround, you can open a VI under My Computer, add the Web Services VIs in there and then simply drag and drop those VIs under the RT VI.
