Unsupported Item Error Within LabVIEW

Issue Details

Within my Build Specifications I see a yellow bang with the following error message:

The plug-in for the selected item is not installed on your system or the plug-in has an expired license. Please contact National Instruments.

Solution

This error can indicate that LabVIEW Application Builder is not activated on your system. Open up NI License Manager and check that LabVIEW Application Builder is activated for the version of LabVIEW being used.

If LabVIEW Application Builder is not activated follow the steps given in Activating LabVIEW Application Builder to activate it.
