Cannot Change NI-XNET Options in TestStand

Issue Details

  • I am using an NI-XNET Database Control in TestStand. When I click any of the following controls, nothing happens:
    • Browse for Database File...
    • New XNET Database...
    • Edit XNET Database...
    • Manage Database Aliases...

Solution

This is a known issue. To work around this issue, complete the following steps:
  1. In TestStand, go to Configure >> Adapters >> LabVIEW.
  2. Go to the LabVIEW Adapter configuration dialog and click Advanced.
  3. Enable Version Independent Runtime Engine.
