Why I Need to Register an Account to View NI Product Safety Certification

Issue Details

When I click the UR, Product Safety link on any NI product certification page (example), I will be directed to third-party account registration site.

Solution

This is because UL iQ databases are retiring and all the database migrated to a new Product iQ page.
In order to access the certification information on Product iQ pages, a user must have an active product iQ account.

This is the requirement by UL. Please register a free account on Product iQ sites to access the certification information. See related links for the official information from UL.
