Issue Details

  • I cannot finish the Learning Path of NI LabVIEW Core 1 (Spanish) and download the Course Completion Certificate. The system doesn't allow to move forward on the last steps in Lessons 16 and 17. 
  • I cannot access my learner's dashboard after logging in on the ni.com. Web page response: ''Unable to create user: Another user already exists with the email address provided."

Use the NI Online Training Resources to troubleshoot basic issues specific to NI Online Training or contact the NI Learning Centre directly via email: services@ni.com.
