What can I do to resolve this issue?

Solution

This issue could be happening if the installed drivers in the host machine are not compatible with the NI CompactRIO device you are using.

In order to determine the version of the current drivers you have installed in the host machine, you can follow the steps highlighted in the Determine the Version of the NI Software Installed on My Computer.

To check compatibility between your NI CompactRIO device and the driver installed in your host machine, please review the Software Support for CompactRIO, CompactDAQ, Single-Board RIO, R Series, and EtherCAT  product documentation page.

After checking the documentation relevant to your CompactRIO device, you must download the compatible version of each one of the needed drivers for your device in the following page: NI CompactRIO .
