Unable to Generate HTML Report in Parallel With XML in NI TestStand 2021 SP1

Issue Details

To generate HTML report in parallel with XML in NI TestStand 2021 SP1 I navigate to Configure>>Result Processing>>Report Options.

As you can see from the screenshot, I have no option to do that:

Solution

If the Generate PDF or HTML options are not available in the Report Options menu, you should uninstall NI TestStand 2021 SP1 and all associated software and install from scratch or choose the 32-bit version of the software.

As a result, you'll be able to see the Generate HTML option in the Report Options as in the screenshot below:
