Error loading DLL in LabVIEW

Issue Details

In LabVIEW, I receive the following error message:

Error loading <driver name>.dll.
A dynamic link library initialization routine failed.

How can I fix this?

Solution

Try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart your computer. If you have recently installed any NI software, this error can be given if the computer has not properly been restarted.
  2. Force Reinstall the driver mentioned in the error message.
