Issue Details

In the Adjustment Procedure of the PXIe-4339 Calibration Procedure, I can perform the Voltage Mode section without any problems, but when I'm performing the Ratiometric Mode I get Error -200157 whenever the Calibrator Output is set to 0V regardless of the Range and/or Excitation Setting.

Error -200157 occurred at DAQmx Adjust 4339 Calibration.vi

Possible reason(s):

Device could not complete the calibration operation.
Calibration could fail for the following reasons:

1. The actual reference signal applied for calibration was different from the value you specified. Ensure that the reference signal applied is the same as the values that were input.
2. The reference signal was not stable over the period of time that the hardware was being calibrated. Ensure that the reference signal specified is free of noise and does not drift over the duration of the calibration.
3. The device is not functioning properly.

Solution

The NI-DAQmx driver version 15.1 and beyond expects 2 calibration points during the Ratiometric Adjustment procedure; however, the calibration document specifies 3 calibration points. If you specify "0V" as a calibration point or any point between the acceptable calculated limits, you automatically error out with Error -200157.

Performing the Ratiometric Adjustment only by setting the Calibrator Output to the non-zero values on each table guarantees that the calibration procedure can be completed.
