Do I Need to Calibrate a CompactRIO Controller?

Issue Details

I have received a cRIO controller and would like to know if it is necessary to calibrate it or periodic maintenance.

Solution

cRIO controllers do not need to be calibrated, and the only aspect to consider is the CMOS Battery because this is not user-replaceable. See the details here.

On the other hand, the C Series modules are suggested to be calibrated following the procedures listed here.
