How To Get The Current Leakage From NI SMU Specification?

I would like to get the current leakage value on NI SMU product but I can't find any current leakage information in the specification.

Take the PXIe-4135-specification as example.

The offset value means absolute leakage current in different range.

You can refer the accuracy & resolution table on any SMU product to get offset value.
