Instrument Certificate Generator Error

Issue Details

Whenever I try to generate a calibration certificate for my device on the online Instrument Certificate Generator I get the following error: 
A valid SN(s) must be provided.
SN XXXXX is not assciated with a valid Serial Number

SN error for calibration certificate

I know that my Serial Number is correct, how can I fix this?
