Solution
SystemLink™ requires that following network ports to be open on the server:
- Port 80 (for HTTP insecure)
- Port 443 (for HTTPS using TLS)
- Ports 4505-4506 (for Salt Service)
- Port 5672 (for RabbitMQ)
- Ports 2343, 2809 and 59110-59210 (for DataFinder)
- Ports 59100-59110 (for LogosXT)
The SystemLink™ installation process manages port configuration. Generally, no additional steps are required. However, some anti-virus software or IT security software can block the opening of these ports. SystemLink™ does not open ports on the client device(s).
