Issue Details

When using Data Navigation in SystemLink and opening in multiple instances, I received the following error. How can I resolve it?

Forbidden: EXCEPTION: AoException: AO_ACCESS_DENIED (A): RequestorBase(173): ERROR(181): Limit of simultaneous connections reached or no license available

Solution

This is an expected behavior when the usage of the SystemLink TDM DataFinder Module User License xx.x has been exceeded. You have to purchase additional licenses and update the NI Volume License Manager (VLM) license file or contact your NI sales representative to obtain an alternative solution.
