Solution
This is a known issue that happens specifically in Windows 10 after installing the NI-VXI 16.0 driver. It is caused by a file that has missing refactored code in the NI-VXI 16.0 driver.
The workaround for this issue is to not reboot the PC immediately after installing NI-VXI 16.0 driver. Instead, install
MXI-Express BIOS Compatibility first after installing the driver and then reboot the PC.
