Solution
It is not possible to install LabVIEW Real-Time and NI VeriStand Engine on the cRIO-9063 due to memory limitations.
Although this cRIO has 512 MB of hard drive space, not all of this is accessible storage. The Linux operating system reserves some space for recovery files and backing up internal data structures. After taking this into account, the cRIO will have approximately 400 MB of space.
Using LabVIEW and VeriStand will require more than 400 MB, and could require significantly more if you plan on running models on the cRIO or deploying large LabVIEW applications.
It is recommended to use a
cRIO with larger memory capacity for VeriStand projects.
