Restart NI Roco Service in Windows

Issue Details

NI Roco Service is stopped and unable to be restarted. Some procedure may not execute properly.

Solution

  1. Hit the Windows Key or use the Windows search bar to look for "Services" and then open the Services App.

  1. Once the Services App was open, scroll down and look for the NI Route Coordinator Service.

  1. Right-click in the NI Route Coordinator Service and click on the Restart option (if the service is stopped), then, select Properties.

  1. Once the Properties window pop-up, make sure that the Startup Type is set to automatically.
