Chinese Version LabVIEW shows garbled characters

Issue Details

I have installed Chinese version LabVIEW in English or Traditional Chinese Operating System environments, why can't my LabVIEW interface display Chinese characters normally? The Chinese characters displayed on the LabVIEW interface are garbled.
 

Solution

Please follow the steps below to make changes to the system configuration without changing the whole system environment displayed language：

1. Navigate to Control Panel, click 'Region'.


2. Change the Current language for non-Unicode programs to Chinese (Simplified, China).

3. Click 'Apply', and restart computer. 

 

Additional Information

Note: The Chinese version of LabVIEW is Simplified Chinese version. LabVIEW interface will display garbled characters in the environment of non-Unicode programming language settings in English and Traditional Chinese.
