What is the common mode voltage in the connection diagram of the NI 9266 module?

Solution

The Common Mode Voltage element in the connection diagram indicates that there might be a common-mode voltage or voltage difference between the NI 9266 ground and the chassis or earth ground.

Additional Information

When using the NI 9266, make sure you are using an external power supply within specifications  and that the the AO and COM terminals are connected to the load.
