Systems Manager Not Available After Upgrading SystemLink Server

Issue Details

I have upgraded a newer version of SystemLink Server from 19.0 to 2020R1, I found out that the Systems Manager is not available anymore. How can I enable the System Manager on my SystemLink Server again ?

Solution

From SystemLink 2020R1 or later, System Manager functionality is provided as SystemLink Software Configuration Module. To make sure it is available follow the steps below:
  1. Make sure that SystemLink Software Configuration Module have already installed.
  1. Activate the license of SystemLink Software Configuration Module User at License Manager.
  1. Open the running server URL for your SystemLink server and the System Manager functionality will appear.
