Real-Time Application Deployment Utility (RTAD)

Issue Details

I'm using the Real-Time Application Deployment Utility (RTAD) to deploy a software image for a CompactRIO controller, but when deploying the image the software generate the error: 
Application Image Retrieval Error:
FTP Transaction:
550 Could not open file
-15550

How can avoid this error?

Solution

Check the following steps:

1. Verify the suggestions provided in Error 15550 When Transmitting Files Using FT.
2. If the steps above don't solve the issue please format the cRIO controller from NI-MAX: go to Remote Systems, identify your device and from the right-click menu select Format disk.
