NI Web Based Configuration and Monitoring Window Is Blank in the browser

Issue Details

When I try to access the NI Web Based Configuration and Monitoring in any browser by using the IP address of my remote device, NI MAX or by typing localhost:3582 in a browser, the webpage appears blank and I cannot select any of the icons as shown below:




This issue occurs when the connection between the browser and the device is interrupted, this is caused due to an installation problem. To solve this issue reinstall all NI software and make sure that the installation process is not interrupted.

If the device cannot be seen in NI MAX, please refer to NI CompactRIO or Network Device Doesn't Show Up or is Missing in MAX .
