Error, "File Is Signed for a Different Computer" in Volume License Manager

Issue Details

When I try to install my license file in Volume License Manager (VLM) I receive the error message: 
File is Signed for a Different Computer
You selected an agreement license file for a different computer. Select another agreement License File.


This occurs when the computer ID that is being pulled by VLM doesn't match the one used to create the license file. 

Please check that the License File being used is the most recent file you have been sent by NI. If you still receive this error, please contact NI technical support, and send them the license file you are using and the computer ID for the server. 

The computer ID can be found by opening Command Prompt from the Windows Start Menu, and typing the command: cmd /K "C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Volume License Manager\generateComputerId.exe"
