Solution

PXIe-8238 uses Intel X520 Network Adapter. See SFP+ Modules, SFP Modules, and Cables Compatible with Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X520 Series from Intel website.

PXIe-8240 uses Intel XL710 Ethernet Server Adapter. See QSFP+ Modules/Cables Compatible with Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter XL710 Series from Intel website.

Additional Information

QSFP+ have a MPO (Multi-Fiber Push On) connector.
