Issue Details

The manual for the TRC-8542 states:

"The D-Sub connector shell connects through the NI-XNET CAN HS/FD Transceiver Cable shielding to the connector on the host port end. The shielding does not electrically connect to the COM signals."
  • Can you provide more information on where the shield is connected on the host port?
  • Where does the metal outer shell of the D-Sub 9 on the TRC-8542 connect to?

The shielding is connected to the C Series chassis.
