Cannot Access Acronis True Image OEM to Restore my PXI(e) Operating System

Issue Details

I am trying to restore my PXI(e) controller's Operating System (OS) and am following the steps listed in this article. I am able to boot into the BIOS, but upon trying to get to Acronis True Image OEM I receive a blank screen. How do I fix this?

Solution

To fix this issue and access Acronis True Image OEM, follow these steps:
  1. Power off your PXI(e) chassis.
  2. Remove all peripheral modules from the chassis other than the controller. 
  3. Power on the chassis and try again to access Acronis True Image OEM following the usual steps.
