Loading Options When Trying to Download Software From Website

Issue Details

  • My Internet connection is fine but when I try to download any software of the website (ni.com) the page won't load.
  • When I try to download a software from the website (ni.com), the page keeps loading and it won't let me do anything else.
  • I have a good Internet connection, but I cannot get into the Download Detail Page of any software.
  • Everything else in the website works just fine, but when I enter into the Download Detail Page, the screen keeps on "loading options" and it does not show me any other option.
 

Solution

In order to solve this problem, you can try the following actions:
  • Sign off of the website if you are already logged in.
  • Clear cookies and cache from your current browser and load the page again.
  • Access to the download from another browser.
  • Reboot your machine.
