Loading Options When Trying to Download Software From Website

Issue Details

  • My Internet connection is fine, but when I try to download any software from the website (ni.com), the page won't load.
  • When I try to download software from the website (ni.com), the page keeps loading, and it won't let me do anything else.
  • I have a good Internet connection, but I cannot get into the Download Detail Page of any software.
  • Everything else on the website works just fine, but when I enter the Download Detail Page, the screen keeps loading options, and it does not show me any other options.

 

Solution

To solve this problem, you can try the following actions:

  • Sign out of the website if you are already logged in.
  • Clear your browser cookies and cache, then reload the page.
  • Try downloading from another browser.
  • Reboot your machine.
