Issue Details

My executable built on LabVIEW 2015 SP1 runs very slowly and hangs on every run on migrating the OS on the development system from Windows 7 to Windows 10. How do I resolve this issue?

Solution

There are multiple reasons why this issue might occur. The following steps can help resolve the same:
  1. Download and install LabVIEW 2015 SP1 patch and rebuild the executable. 
  2. Upgrade all the drivers, toolkits and NI software available on your system to their Windows 10 compatible version by referring to NI Product Compatibility for Microsoft Windows 10.
  3. Refer solution from Running Executables or Installers on Different Windows Versions if the above steps do not help in resolving the issue. 
  4. Contact NI Technical Support if the issue still persists.
